Bible Panel

Read any Bible translation side-by-side with your study. Link to your passage or explore freely.

What is the Bible Panel?

The Bible Panel displays a full Bible translation alongside your study. You can open multiple Bible Panels at once to compare translations side-by-side. Each panel can be linked to follow your study passage automatically, or unlinked to browse any passage independently.

Linked vs. Unlinked mode

  • Linked (default): The panel follows your study passage and highlights the active verse as you tap through the Study Panel.
  • Unlinked: Navigate to any book, chapter, and verse range independently. Use the toggle buttons in the panel header to switch modes.

Key features

  • Display any enabled Bible translation
  • Multiple Bible Panels can be open simultaneously for translation comparison
  • Filter to show the active verse only, or all study verses
  • Chapter navigation (previous / next) when unlinked
  • Red letter edition — words of Jesus highlighted in red (KJV only)
  • Paragraph view — continuous text rather than verse-by-verse layout
  • Italic display for translator-added words
  • Divine Name in small caps (KJV only)
  • Tap any word to open Word Study (on Strong's-tagged translations)
  • Add verses to User Context as snippets
